  • Vectra®
  • Vectra® DA Disease Activity Test
  • Vectra® Disease Activity
  • Vectra® Score
Clinical Significance

Vectra® measures 12 biomarkers and incorporates age, gender and adiposity in adult patients with  rheumatoid arthritis (RA) to provide a single score that is an objective measure of inflammation, which reflects disease activity, predicts risk of radiographic progression and informs medical management decisions designed to prevent irreversible joint damage. The 12 biomarkers required to generate a Vectra® Score are VCAM-1, EGF, VEGF-A, IL-6, TNF-RI, MMP1, MMP3, YKL-40, Leptin, Resistin, SAA and CRP.
