Clinical Significance

Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH), Male - AMH/MIS may be used in the detection of the onset of puberty in males, in the differential diagnosis of intersex disorders, cryptorchidism, or anorchidism and in the evaluation of male gonadal function in all ages.

Patient Preparation

Administration of STRENSIQ may interfere in certain assays and may falsely elevate values. For patients receiving STRENSIQ, consideration should be given to using alternate methods.
