Specimen Requirements:

1.0 mL Serum in a SST Gold Top Tube
Minimum Volume:
0.2 mL Serum*

* This volume does not allow for repeat testing

Transport and Storage:
  • Refrigerated (2-8°C): 5 Days
  • Frozen (-20° C or colder): 30 Days

    Do not use frost free units that undergo repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Clinical Interpretation

Reference Range:

0.0 - 20.0 EIA


Test Comments:

Titer and pattern will automatically be performed and charged when ANA Screen is postive. 

ANA Hep2 IFA Reflexed Titer methodology is IFA
