Mission: Parkview Health Laboratories will provide superior quality laboratory services to our patients, physicians and clients.
Vision: Parkview Health Laboratories will be the preferred provider of quality laboratory services through innovation, technology, and service excellence.
Parkview Health Laboratory (PHL) established in 1991, is accredited by the College of American Pathologists every two years. This is in addition to the State Board of Health, AABB, FDA, and FAA inspections as required. PHL participates in a small way in the TJC inspections completed every two years at each hospital.
PHL supports and performs testing for all 10 PH Hospitals, Behavioral Health & Park Center, Heart & Cancer Institutes, Women & Children’s, Southwest, Archbold Medical Center, Montpeilier Rehabilitation Hospital, over 300 physician offices in NE Indiana and NW Ohio, and 20 laboratory draw sites.
PHL supports many community benefit programs and companies: Mathew 25, Healthy Steps, Wolf Lake & Huntington County Free clinics, community health fairs, and company health fairs. First Responders, MAP Program, Parkview Wellness, and the Mirro Research Center.
