Long Term Care Facilities are offered the following options as a PHL Client:
- Weekly Onsite Phlebotomy Services for routine physician orders
- Onsite Phlebotomy Services for STAT physician orders in Allen County
- Tracking of resident’s standing orders and draws. Reports provided on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Courier Service for specimen pick-up and delivery of lab supplies
- Monthly Microbiology-Organism Tracking Report
- Additional Reports Available upon request
