Do not transport Frozen.
Specimen to be transported Refrigerated to PRMC within 48 hours of collection to be frozen by Immunology department to maintain specimen integrity until testing occurs.

20-39 Units: Weak Positive
40-80 Units: Moderate Positive
>80 Units: Stron Positive

Clinical Significance: Antibodies to RNP antigen are found in some patients with SLE and also in some other connective tissue diseases
