Specimen Requirements: 2.0 mL Serum from a SST Gold Top Tube in an Amber Vial
Collection Instructions: Allow sample to clot for 30 minutes. Centrifuge at 3000 rpm for 10 minutes and transfer serum to plastic, amber vial. If amber vial is not available, wrap tube in aluminum foil to protect from light. Freeze within 30 minutes and send frozen
