Clinical Interpretation

Reference Range:

< 75 years: 0 - 125 pg/mL
 > 75 years: 0 - 450 pg/mL


Test Comments:

This assay utilizes biotin technology. Patients taking vitamin supplements containing high doses of biotin (> 5 mg/day) may have falsely decreased test results generated.
