Specimen Requirements: 1.0 mL Serum from a Red Top Tube in a Plastic Vial
Collection Instructions: Do not collect in a Serum Separator Tube (SST or PST)

Avoid Hemolysis 

Specimens should be drawn at time frames listed: 
IM: 60 minutes after IM injection
IV: 15 minutes after the end of a 60 minute infusion 
or
30 miunutes after the end of a 30 minute infusion
Minimum Volume: 0.2 mL
