Collection Instructions: Source of collection must be indicated on the order as to where specimen was obtained.

Preferred specimen is nasopharyngeal swab collected in ESwab Mini-tip transport system (blue-cap).
Mini-tip swabs with flexible shafts must be used to obtain nasopharyngeal specimens.
