1 Dried blood spot (DBS) card with 5 spots, 2 mL whole blood in lavender top tubes (EDTA)
Collection Instructions:
Complete kit will be collected in the NICU/PICU at the bedside. Send entire kit to Lab for send-out.

2 dried blood spots on card, 1 mL whole blood
