Specimen Requirements: 1.0 mL Serum from a Red Top Tube in a Plastic Vial
Collection Instructions: Samples should be obtained between 15 minutes and 3 hours after the event suspected of causing mast cell activation. 

Separate serum from cells within 3 hours of collection.
Minimum Volume: 0.5 mL Serum
