Supplies

Parkview Health Laboratories provides it's clients with all the necessary supplies for the collection and submission of specimens that are sent to our laboratory. 

Supply requests will be filled within 24 - 48 hours. 

PHL Requisition requests need to be ordered 72 hours in advance. 

When requesting supplies, please fill out a supply order form and give it to your courier.
