Parkview Health Laboratories offer QuickView, a program that allows you to obtain specific blood tests without a doctor’s referral.
Tests are available at six convenient locations in the Fort Wayne area. To obtain a test, visit a service center, present two forms of identification and complete some simple paperwork. Your blood will then be drawn. Most insurance companies do not pay for patient-ordered blood tests. Parkview requires payment at the time of service via checks and major credit cards. Your confidential results will be mailed directly to your home within one week. Your test results are compared to average ranges based on factors such as age and gender. Since your results are unique to you, Parkview strongly encourages you to share the results with your doctor for a professional interpretation.
