Patient Preparation:  
Specimen Requirements: 8.0 mL Random Urine in a Yellow Conical Tube
or
1 gram of  Mucoid Feces in stool container (No Preservatives)
Collection Instructions:  
Minimum Volume: 1.0 mL Urine or 1.0 gram Stool
Transport & Storage: Temperature/Stability: Urine Sample
12 hours Refrigerated
Test must be performed within 12 hours of collection

24 hours Refrigerated 

Reference Range: Urine: No Eosinophils Seen
Stool: No Eosinophils Seen / 100 WBC
