Clinical Interpretation

Reference Range:

Trough 3.0-8.0 ng/mL for Transplantation
Trough 5.0-10.0 ng/mL for Oncology/Neurology


Test Comments:

Therapeutic range applies to trough specimens drawn just prior to a.m. dose. 

Symptoms of toxicity are more likely to occur at trough levels exceeding 12.0 ng/mL
