Clinical Significance: Coxsackie B (1-6) Virus: Coxsackie B viruses can cause rashes, pharyngitis, menigitis and myocarditis. Poliovirus (Types 1-3) Antibodies: Although there is cross reactivity among the enteroviruses, most healthy adults do not have detectable CF titers.  Therefore, detectable titers, especially those greater than or equal to 1:32, should be considered in this context.  Serodiagnosis is made by demonstration of four-fold change in titers between acute and convalescent sera.
