Collection Instructions:
Specimen should have a minimum of 2 patient identifiers, prefer that there is 3 patient identifiers (patient identifiers can be Name, DOB, MRN, Sample accession number, and CF Port Id) Do not used Genetic id provided by the lab at authorization as patient identifier.
