30.0 mL Amniotic fluid in a Red Top Tube(s) 

Collection Instructions: Fluid may not be brown or bloody in appearance

Clinical Significance: To be used as a prenatal screen, in conjunction with full chromosome analysis, to detect aneuploidy such as Trisomy 21, Monosomy X etc
