Patient Preparation:
Patient should discontinue use of antibiodics and bismuth preparations three weeks before the biopsy. No proton pump inhibitors two weeks prior to the collection.
Specimen Requirements: Gastric Biopsy
Collection Instructions:

Must be delivered to the laboratory immediately for insertion of the Gastric Sample within 20 minutes after collection.
