Specimen Requirements: 2.0 CSF in a Sterile Plastic Vial
1.0 mL Serum from a Red Top Tube in a Plastic Vial
Collection Instructions: It is preferred that the collection date and time be the same for both CSF and serum; however, it is acceptable for them to be drawn within 48 hours of each other. 

CSF must be clear

If multiple Fluid or CSF test are being requested please specify order of importance
