Patient should discontinue taking Biotin, Vitamin B7, or Vitamin H 48 hours before getting blood drawn.

Collection Instructions: Cytokine levels may demonstrate diurnal variation. Recommend cytokine levels be determined at the same time of day for improved longitudinal comparison.
